Guide and support accounts team members in proper tax planning and compliance practices. Stay updated on changes in laws and proactively assess their impact on the company. Prepare and educate the team on relevant changes in laws and their implications. Conduct internal audits on a monthly basis to assess compliance risks and provide reports. Assist the CA with statutory and tax audits, preparing necessary working papers. Handle additional tasks as assigned by management. Adhere to all company processes and policies to ensure smooth operations. Generate and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Reporting Manager by the 2nd of each month. Offer support to colleagues and complete tasks assigned by top management as needed.

3 to 4 years of experience in compliance management or related fields. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), or intermediate qualification in CMA/CA. Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, Income Tax, and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
